Scott's Run

Jana Zschoche October 19, 2020

One humid day after work in July, we drove over to Scott’s Run Nature Preserve for a nice walk, a waterfall view, and some time by the Potomac River. Shot on Kodak Ultramax 400.

about

My name is Jana, and I’m a Virginia native now living in NYC. I'm a photographer, writer, and avid reader. You can usually find me in a bookstore, theater, museum, or bakery, mostly likely with a camera in hand. I’m probably daydreaming about a trip right now.

the most incredible drive ever — or as @sharonwv described it, “this is fake! green screen!” (swipe for her reaction the entire drive into the park)
this was just a little bit better than sitting on my couch forever 📸 @sharonwv
we’re flying home a day early from this trip - it’s been very surreal from the contrasting beauty and anxiety-inducing news. more photos to come as work from home won’t be so photogenic 🌵 see you next time, AZ 👋
